ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Learned Sub Judge, Nanguneri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 9 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Nanguneri within a stipulated period.

2. The notice to the respondent is dispensed with in view of the limited order being passed.

3. The suit has been filed as early as in the year 2022, issues were framed and an amendment application was filed and the same was ordered and additional written statements have been filed by the respective parties.

4. Considering the fact that the suit has been filed for specific performance as early as in the year 2022, there shall be a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Nanguneri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 9 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
