This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction seeking to direct the respondents to pay the amount, which was deducted from the petitioner salary by considering his representation dated 26.09.2025, this Court without going into the merits of the claim made in the writ petition, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
