ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.41 of 2025 from the file of the fifth respondent to the sixth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the pursuant to registration of FIR, investigation has been conducted and the FIR has been closed as 'mistake of fact'; and that the fifth respondent is yet to file the final report.

3. In view of the above submission, the fifth respondent shall forthwith file the said report before the learned Magistrate concerned and issue RCS notice to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
