O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.451 of 2022 dated 03.09.2025.

2.Heard Mr.K.Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.K.Balaram, learned counsel for the respondent. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 03.09.2025, regularly.

4.Learned counsel for the respondent concedes with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both side counsel, condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.451 of 2022, dated 03.09.2025, is modified as follows:- 2/4

"Petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kulathur Police Station, Thoothukudi District, twice in a month, ie., on the 15th and 30th day of every English Calendar month, commencing from January, 2026, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

7.Registry is directed to list the main Civil Revision Case after three weeks.
