ORDER

The petitioners/A-5 & 7, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2025 , seeks anticipatory bail. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The case of the prosecution is that on believing the words of the accused persons the defacto complainant registered his land to Santhosh Kumar for Iridiyam business. Hence, a case has been registered as against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have not committed any offence. He seeks this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent strongly objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that there is a specific overt act against the petitioners and they have been misusing the name of the Reserve Bank of India.

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
