Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct a detailed investigation on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.03.2013 in accordance with law and consequently initiate necessary action against the respondents 2 to 4 herein based on the report within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to conduct a detailed investigation on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.03.2013 in accordance with law and consequently initiate necessary action against the respondents 2 to 4 with regard to the fraud committed by them in filling up the vacancies to the teaching post in the fourth respondent society. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, election has been conducted to the office of the fourth respondent society and other party has taken charge and is continuing the operations. 3.In view of the said submission, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
