2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the Family Court, Karur, to complete the trial in Crl.M.P.No.144 of 2025 in M.C.No.4 of 2022 filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
