O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 14.10.2025 and rectify the error under UDR Scheme and issue the patta in favour of the petitioner and other legal heirs after conducting proper enquiry in respect of Survey Nos. 30/2, 30/3, 30/5 and 30/7 are situated at Kodaiyur Revenue Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the private respondents, notice is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 14.10.2025 to 2/5
the 1st respondent tp rectify the UDR scheme and for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner and other legal heirs. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioners' representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 14.10.2025, after issuing notice to all the parties, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil court. There shall be no order as to costs.
