ORDER

In the order dated 29.10.2025, in Crl.M.P.No.4073 of 2025, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, considering the nature of offence, has taken a decision that it is better to stay away from the place of occurrence and granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the condition to stay at Thoothukudi and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi daily twice and the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly.

2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is employed in and around Kanyakumari, he prays to modify the condition and allow the petitioner to report before the respondent police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari daily evening at 5.30 p.m, for a period of two weeks, and thereafter, as and when required. The petitioner shall not stay at his home and enter into the street where the defacto complainant is staying and 2/4

shall not intimidate the defacto complainant and disturb her in any way.

4. With these conditions, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
