It is further stated that he does not have sound knowledge of Corporate Laws, as required in the Service Rules.
2. When the Writ Petition was taken up today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the fourth respondent was not appointed as Deputy Manager (Legal) on regular basis, but, he was only in-charge for some time and now, he has been transferred to Villupuram State Transport Corporation as Deputy Manager. It is further submitted that one Mr.Edison is now functioning as Assistant Manager (Legal and Discipline), who has got all the required qualifications.
3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
