ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the respondents to permit the petitioner to pay fee in Medical Course as per NEET Exam result declaration dated 14.06.2025. 2.According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the petitioner has participated in the counselling, he was allotted the second respondent college. The last date for payment of fee is 08.11.2025. However, the fee could not be paid because of the difficulty in payment through online on the said date. There was some technical error in making payment through online. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking extension of time for payment of fee to the second respondent college. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent strongly opposed the prayer on the ground that once time limit has expired, the same cannot be extended by the Court. She also pointed out that the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Writ Petition(Civil) No.1123 of 2025 has specifically pointed out that the said order cannot be treated as precedent. 2/5

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner could not pay the fee due to technical error for online payment, this Court is inclined to extend the time for payment of fee till 10.12.2025. However, it is made clear that no other writ petition will be entertained by this Court from any writ petitioner. This order cannot be cited as a precedent. The petitioner is directed to approach the first respondent tomorrow ( 09.12.2025).

5.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
