By relying on a sale deed dated 04.01.2021 and the patta issued in respect of survey No.123/28, the petitioner seeks a survey of the said land.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that action would be initiated on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
