Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2, their subordinates or any other officials not to interfere with the corporal and civil rights of the petitioner based on the complaint dated 28.12.2012 lodged by the 3rd respondent or any other complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent with regard to the sale agreement dated 23.05.2011 or 07.03.2012 in respect of the property to an extent of 1 1/2 cents situate in Thuckalay Village bearing S.No.372/4B and 1 1/2 cents situate in Thiruvithamcode village bearing S.No.89/4b and for consequential relief.

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2, their subordinates or any other officials not to interfere with the corporal and civil rights of the petitioner based on the complaint dated 28.12.2012 lodged by the third respondent or any other complaint lodged by the third respondent with regard to the sale agreement dated 23.05.2011 or 07.03.2012 in respect of the property to an extent of 11⁄2 cents situated in Thuckalay Village bearing S.No.372/4B and 11⁄2 cents situated in Thiruvithamcode Village bearing S.No.89/4b. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, a case has already been registered by the second respondent police.
3.In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to take recourse in the matter in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, MP (MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
