Prayer : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for compassionate appointment in the respondents corporation, on the basis of consent given by the other legal heirs of the petitioners father/deceased employee namely Rajagopal, without insisting her name in the petitioners fathers Service Register book by considering the petitioners representation dated 06.11.2025, within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Honble Court and pass such further or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner for compassionate appointment in the respondents corporation, on the basis of consent given by the other legal heirs of the petitioners father/deceased employee namely Rajagopal, without insisting her name in the petitioners fathers Service Register book by considering the petitioners representation dated 06.11.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 06.11.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
