Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to re-open the complaint in Grievance ID No. in GRD 20240630010108 dated 30.06.2024 and complaint in Grievance ID in GRD 20250305010455 dated 05.03.2025 by considering the petitioner's representation through mail dated 09.07.2025 and consecutively direct the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's complaint accordance with the section 173(4) of BHARATIYA NAGARIK SURAKSHA SANHITA-2023.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to re-open the complaints, dated 30.06.2024 and 05.03.2025 by considering the petitioner's representation through mail, dated 09.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was closed as early as on 22.07.2024 as it discloses only a civil dispute.

3. There cannot be any direction to the respondents to reopen any complaint. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any inaction of the respondents or 2/4

their action in closing the petitioner's complaint, it is open to the petitioner to approach the learned Magistrate in accordance with law.

4. With the above liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
