PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioner as compensation and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate appropriate departmental proceedings against the respondents 7 to 9 based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.03.2013.
