[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 165 days in the filing the above writ appeal.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent took notice on 17.12.2025 and sought time to file counter and even thereafter, when the matter came up for hearing on 07.01.2026, he took time for filing counter. However, till date, no counter is filed by the first respondent. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.
3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 165 days in filing he above writ appeal is condoned.
