O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Superintendent with effect from 01.07.2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 & 3 would submit that one Mr.Kubera Sampath had been promoted as Superintendent on 01.07.2025, in the vacancy that has been existed from 01.07.2023. 2/4

3. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the promotion granted to the third party in accordance with law, if he is so advised. No costs.
