2.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is always open to the official respondents to take appropriate action, if any misappropriation or irregularity is noticed as against the third respondent herein. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
