This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to transfer the case in Crime No.45/2025 on the file of the fourth respondent police to the third respondent or any other competent investigation agency. 2.Though the petition has been filed seeking the transfer of the investigation from the file of the fourth respondent to the third respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that investigation conducted by the fourth respondent may be monitored by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Madurai. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the fourth respondent is directed to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a 2/4

period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the investigation shall be monitored by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Madurai. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
