The petitioner seeks a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents not to interfere into the petitioner's affairs and further direct them not to prevent the petitioner's house renovation work in D.No.53 of west street, Ranimaharajapuram, Thoothukudi District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the fifth respondent and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is needless to say that the respondents shall not interfere in any civil dispute. There shall be no order as to costs.
