This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue original patta in S.F.No.261/2 in house site No.61 Sattaiyappanoor in Thasavanayyakkanpatti Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, in favour of the petitioner and take necessary action against the 5th respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025 considering the same and pass appropriate orders within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the 2nd and 3rd respondents on 29.09.2025 for issuance of patta. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law by the Revenue Divisional Officer.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.09.2025, after issuing notice to all the parties, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. (K.SURENDER, J) 12.12.2025 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No 3/5
