This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant patta to the petitioner in respect of the property in S.F.No.240/14 Punjai 0.42.25 ares in Vathanakuruchi Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a representation dated 17.02.2011 to the second respondent, seeking issuance of patta in her name in respect of the said property. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above mentioned prayer. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2011, seeking issuance of patta and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any of the interested parties. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. No costs.
