This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.21897 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the representation of this petitioner, dated 29.05.2025 seeking interest on revised arrears of pay including other emoluments has been considered and it was rejected by a Government Order vide G.O.(D) No.304, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(i)) Department, dated 17.12.2025. A copy of the Government order is placed before this Court and also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
