ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to include his name in the patta based on his representation dated 06.02.2013.

2.It is needless to say that, it is for the competent authority, namely, the Tahsildar, who is the 3rd respondent herein to consider the said request and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
