ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 14.11.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in I.A.Nos.1 and 3 of 2024 in I.A.No. 1208/2017 in O.S.No.785/2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.33/2026, dated 23.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order, dated 14.11.2025, made in these Civil Revision Petitions.
