This writ petition has been filed praying to forbear the respondents from interfering into the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of his land in Survey No.127/3 in patta No.1810 in Village No.038, Vallerenthal group, Manamadurai Taluk, Thiruppuvanam Union, Sivagangai District.

2.The issue involved in this writ petition is nothing but civil in nature. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court for appropriate relief. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
