2. In view of the limited order that is being passed now, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. There shall be a direction to the II Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai, to dispose of the suit in I.A.No.3/2024 in O.S.No. 785/2017 as expeditiously as possible, however, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
