ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The petitioner has given a representation seeking cancellation of the registration of the document presented by the fourth respondent. The case of the petitioner is that the registration took place during the pendency of the suit proceedings.

3.Admittedly, the suit filed by the petitioner has been dismissed and the matter is pending at the appeal stage. The rights of the parties will necessarily abide by the outcome of the civil Court proceedings. It is for the petitioner to move the appellate Court and obtain appropriate relief. The petitioner has to pursue his remedy only in the pending appeals.

4.With the aforesaid observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
