********* [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to remove the unlawful Hoarding put up by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

fourth respondent in the pathway abutting Survey No.86/4 B in Chokampatti Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. None appears on behalf of the writ petitioner.

3. It is seen that the fourth respondent has merely put up a Board indicating that the property belongs to him. It is obviously a civil dispute between the writ petitioner and the fourth respondent. It is not a case of putting up a Hoarding. Therefore, we do not find any reason to issue a Mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner.

4. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
