ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though he applied to appear for the Special/Supplementary exam for the post of GradeI E.O in Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, the writ petitioner had not received the hall ticket for appearing in the written examination. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the written examination was conducted on 30.03.2013 and on 31.03.213.

2.The examinations were concluded and the process of selection itself was completed in all respects. Thus, the relief as such sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to issue hall ticket to the petitioner and hold a Special/Supplementary exam for the post of Grade-I E.O in Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department does not arise at all. If at all, the authorities of the respondent had committed any error, it is left open to the writ petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law by way of seeking compensation or otherwise.

any hall ticket to the writ petitioner in respect of the examination which was already completed in the year 2013. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
