ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of release deed that was registered on 10.10.2023. The registering authority cannot cancel the registration deed. The petitioner has to go before the jurisdictional civil Court for getting the relief now sought for.

3.With the aforesaid liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
