O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2012 and consequently effect necessary changes in the records and grant the patta in her name.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

necessary changes in the revenue records and grant patta in her name in respect of the property in question. Since the same has not been considered so far by the second respondent, the petitioner is before this Court with the above mentioned prayer. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents 1 and 2, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

5.In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.10.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any of the interested parties.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. No costs.
