Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from in any manner interfere with the petitioner's right of taking balance 2533 loads of the dusty sand by way of tractors from his land comprised in S.No.1245/4B, 1245/5 and 1245/6 in Pannaipuram in Theni District and to carrying the same to his brick kiln in S.No.330/2B in Kombai in Theni District, as per the permit issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.123/Kanimam/2011, dated 23.4.2012, without reference to the period of one year, as fixed in the said order, but within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
