O R D E R

By relying on a partition deed dated 15.11.2010 and the subsequent settlement deed dated 12.08.2021, the petitioner had applied for a survey of the land in survey No.29/4A2 of the extent of 39 cents. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that action would be taken on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to the pattadars under patta No. 2419.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms, on instructions, that there is no rival title claim. He also points out that survey No.29/4A was subdivided after the settlement and that the portion settled in favour of the petitioner is 39 cents in survey No.29/4A2. 2/4

4. The petitioner has submitted both title and revenue records relating to the property. It is also stated that there is no rival title claim. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for a survey after issuing notice to the pattadars and the owners of relevant adjacent lands.
