The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to direct the respondents regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of Computer Instructor and consequently, direct the respondents to give all consequential monetary and service benefits to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the writ petitioner was dismissed from services. 3.This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
