The proceedings of the Joint Registrar in respect of the rejection of the claim of the writ petitioner for appointing of enquiry officer is under challenge in this writ petition.

However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the enquiry proceedings were completed and the writ petitioner was dismissed from the service.
