PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the docket order, dated 23.10.2025 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Periakulam in rejecting the memo, dated 23.10.2025 filed by the petitioners for framing additional issues and allow the Civil Revision Petition with cost.
