ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The petitioner has made a representation on 08.09.2025 alleging encroachment by the fourth respondent on Government Poramboke land in S.F.No.153/19, Marungapuri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.

2.The petitioner derives support from the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Srirangam in O.Mu.A2/6041/2025 dated 11.09.2025. Since the prayer itself is only for a Mandamus simpliciter to consider his representation, we do not deem it necessary to issue notice to R4 at this juncture.

3.Mr.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 to R3 and accedes to the receipt of the representation and 2/4

states that the Thasildar, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District/R3 is the competent person to dispose the same.

4.Hence, Mandamus is issued to R3 to hear the petitioner, R4 and any others, who may be necessary parties in the matter, and to dispose the representation dated 08.09.2025 in accordance with law and in line with the principles of natural justice, within a period of twelve weeks from today.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
