The petitioner seeks implementation of the order dated 12.06.2025 of the District Revenue Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to the operative paragraph of the order and pointed out that it is recognised therein that an error was committed in the 'A' Register. In spite of the lapse of more than 5 months, he states that the order has not been implemented.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. On instructions, he submits that the order of the District Revenue Officer has not been challenged till date as per information received by him.

3. In the above circumstances, there is no justification for nonimplementation of the directions issued by the District Revenue Officer. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to 2/4
