*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 requesting to take action against the fifth respondent and remove the encroachment made by him in respect of the property in Survey No.236/3A, North Keeramangalam Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District. Since follow-up action was not taken, pursuant to the representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The Tahsildar, Alangudi Taluhk, Pudukottai District is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.01.2013, taking into account the order dated 25.06.2012 on the file of the third respondent. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to point out that notice should be issued to the fifth respondent before taking any action in the matter.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
