ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the fifth respondent to dispose of the appeal pending in his proceedings in D3.No.33201/2011 dated 5.12.2011.

2.In view of the nature of order to be passed by this Court, notice to the respondents 1 to 3 is dispensed with. 3.According to the petitioner, he has filed an appeal before the fifth respondent on 05.12.2011 against the changes made in UDR scheme and it has also been taken on file by the fifth respondent. So far, the appeal has not been disposed of by him. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

4.Considering the fact that the appeal is pending from the year 2009, the fifth respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
