2. The writ petitioner wants to perform the renovation of the petition-mentioned Amman Sannadhi in Courtrallanatha Swamy temple as donor work.
3. The petitioner is permitted to submit a formal application to the third respondent. The matter will be placed before the Trust Board. Permission shall be granted to the petitioner to carry out the aforesaid donor work for Amman Sannadhi. It is open to the temple management to stipulate appropriate conditions in 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.32691 OF 2025 terms of which the donor work will be carried out. The petitioner undertakes to abide by whatever condition the temple management may stipulate. It is specifically undertaken that the donor work will be carried out from out of the funds of the petitioner and family and there will not be any collection from the devotees or from the general public.
