O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the Respondents to grant compensation of Rs.10 lakhs for the eye injury caused to the petitioner, namely, T.Gajendran Minor aged about 8 years on 17.12.2012 at Government Middle School, Seelanayakkanpatti Village, Periyur Taluk, Madurai District by the Respondents 7 & 8.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he, besides circulating a letter to the Registry dated 18.09.2017, has also made an endorsement to that effect.
