ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner forthwith against his wish.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the third respondent and that the same would be completed within a period of four weeks.
3. It is needless to say that the respondent Police in the guise of enquiry cannot harass any person. However, if the petitioner's presence is required for enquiry, the respondent Police shall issue summons and complete the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
