Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned orders in Proceeding No.875/CA1 /HRD/TNSTC/MDU/2012 dated 29.12.2012 and Ref. No.877/CA1/HRD/TNSTC/MDU/2012 dated 29.12.2012 issued by the 2nd respondent in favour of the 3rd & 4th respondents and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st & 2nd respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Manager (Technical) with effect from 17.12.2012 and grant all monetary and attendant benefits.
