ORDER
The petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 21.10.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of four weeks.
3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents Police to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
