Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Notice to the seventh respondent is dispensed with.

3. The seventh respondent intends to erect transmission cellphone tower in the petition-mentioned land. The petitioners are residing in the vicinity. They have given objections to the first respondent. The first respondent will put the applicant / seventh respondent on notice in this regard and pass a speaking order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The only direction that is now given is that the first respondent will consider the writ petitioner's objections before disposing of the application for license submitted by the seventh respondent.
