ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents to herein to conduct proper enquiry and dispose the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed on 03.11.2025.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the second respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
