Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent herein in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.20866/G2/2012 dated 27.02.2013 based on the Letter of the 1st Respondent herein made in Government Letter No. 20361/T1/2012-1 dated 10.01.2013 and quash the same and for further direction directing the Respondents 1 to 3 herein to give approval for the appointments of the petitioners herein in the 4th Respondent college with the effect from 06.12.2007 with all monetary benefits from their date of joining the posts and this Court may deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
